Each of us brings our own expertise to Spur Farm but most importantly, we all share the same passion for leaving the Earth better than we found it. We grow a diverse variety of mostly heirloom vegetables using a regenerative agriculture method. Following guidelines for best farming practices, we are excited to branch out and experiment to bring you things you won’t find at other farms in the midwest.
